E2T2 Resources
If you have decided to ignore our advice on writing a low-scoring E2T2 proposal and instead plan to develop a successful application, we have compiled a collection of Web sites that may be helpful. All these sites have been reviewed and sorted into three categories: Proposal Writing Guides, Organizing a Proposal using Logic Models, and Strengthening a Proposal Evaluation

Organizing a Proposal Using Logic Models
Logic models are great tools for organizing your proposed project and clarifying what you are doing, and why. They are helpful for communicating to others what you propose to do and how all the parts fit together. Logic models also provide a foundation for planning how you will monitor your progress, manage the project, and evaluate the implementation and outcome of the project.
Here are some resources that will give you an overview and some examples of logic models:
A comprehensive overview can be found in the Kellogg Foundation's free 62-page Logic Model Development Guide:

A community health care example, including links to some educational resources about logic models, is available from the Community Tool Box:

Strengthening a Proposal Evaluation

Also from SCRTEC, this is a short paper presenting fundamental evaluation and other principles to keep in mind when developing an application. Includes URLs for several resources.
