Using This Site
To use this site to the best advantage, we suggest:
1. If you are a Teacher and have limited time you might want to go to the
curriculum planner page.
- For teaching examples, select the Courses link.
- If you want to know quickly just who is necessary to implement a program using videoconferencing, select the Team link.
- At the Instructional Videoconferencing Session Plan link you will find a commonly-used Session Plan sheet that you can print out and use.
- The Essential Components link gives you a printable checklist of things and activities to consider in putting together K-12 videoconferencing programs.
- For an overall look at the site, go to the Site Map (see tab at bottom).
- To find out what is happening in your state, or to contact someone with experience using videoconferencing technology, go to the Resources tab (upper right) and find the State Information link on that page.
2. If you are an Administrator and have limited time you might want to our administrator page.
- Naturally, you want to know what this endeavor is going to cost; select the cost link.
- On the Initial and Ongoing Costs page you will find a very useful, Two-way, Interactive Instructional Videoconferencing Cost Figuring Form that you can print out and use.
