Group choice for MOI: Cuba (by majority vote)

We chose Cuba for these reasons. First it has a GDP that is high. Second it has a large population. Third it has a very high literacy rate, but it has a messed up government.

Guyana, Costa Rica, and Chile weren't far behind for us to choose those countries but they had too many natural disasters like flash floods, earthquakes, and hurricanes.

CHOICE FOR MOI: COSTA RICA (minority vote)

We recommend Costa Rica for a number of reasons. Costa Rica has earned its reputation for political stability. It was also the first country to end slavery in 1832 and to abolish punishment by death in 1882. Costa Rica is one of the most progressive countries in Latin America.

The literacy rate is 93%. It's a pretty well-packed country so it would be good for MOI's new facility. The population is 3,604,642 that is still quite enough people to run it. And they have plenty of space. The area is 19,652 sq. mi. It also has easy access to the ocean for shipping goods.
