This worksheet helps students focus on what to research.


Directions: When the Schmauzzels travel, they like to spend time in big cities. Your job is to have the Schmauzzels travel to three major cities in your region. Use a separate Cities Worksheet for each one.

3. What is the population of this city?

4. How many square miles does this city cover?

5. Find the local sports franchises in your city. If this city doesn't have any team, find the nearest ones.

6. List as many musical organizations (orchestra, symphony, opera, musical theater) as you can find. Find out ticket prices. (Put this on your expense sheet.)

 

7. List some museums and their hours (at least 3).
