Guidelines for District Technology Skills for Students
The Oregon Educational Technology Consortium (OETC)

The Guidelines are intended to assist school districts in implementing their own expectations for technology skills. It contains information consistent with the Oregon Department of Education materials in other benchmark areas and adds suggestions for school districts that want their students to graduate and enter the workforce with technology skills.
